# Try individual pool-themed cupcakes instead of a large cake design. Line cupcake pans with blue paper liners. Prepare batter, pour into cake liners and bake as directed. Top the cupcakes with blue frosting. Flatten gumdrops with a rolling pin and mold into the shape of round pool tubes. Place a graham cracker teddy bear in each of the pool tubes and sit atop cupcakes. Stake a paper cocktail umbrella in the frosting so that the bear in the tube "floats" under the umbrella.
